Every hydraulic cilinder that we build or repair is tested before delivered to the customer.

From a standard programme of basic components, almost every hydraulic
cylinder can be composed. Adaptation of the length of stroke according to your application can be carried out at the last moment.

Preperation of the cylinder.

Cut the cylinder rod and cylinder tube at the desired length. Weld the bottom attachments and connections to the tube and the rod. Drill through the cylinder connections in the cylinder tube. Clean all components. Oil the fillings. After assembly of the fillings and other components, the cilinder is ready for testing and opperation.

With a limited number of stock parts almost every cylinder can immediately be assembled by yourself. The low capital outlay for this construction manner gives you many flexibility and lowers costprices.
