How can I use the webshop?
If you want to use the webshop, you have to register. After receiving your registrationform, we will carry out a number of checks and create a customer account for you.
How can I search in the website?
You can search the website in various ways. You can enter a search term with a minimum of 3 characters so the website will show results that match the search term. The results that are displayed can consist of individual articles but also of categories. The more accurate your search term is, the better the correct article or product category will be found.
I can no longer log in to the webshop, what to do?
If you can not longer log in, it may be that you are not using the correct login details. At the field Username you enter your customer number or e-mail address. The password is the one you choose yourself. If you do not remember or have lost your password, you can create a new one yourself. On the login page you click Reset your password and then enter your email address.
What do the symbols at the top of the page mean?
At the top of the page, to the right of the search box, you will see a number of icons, each of which has its own function.
What information can I find on the category page?
A lot of product information can be found on the Category page. You can use the Productfilters to find an article with the right properties. You can also directly order the desired quantity. You can also adjust the sorting of the overview yourself.
